2021 ANNUAL PASS PROGRAMS

The Indigo Annual Pass program enables the player to pay as they play with applicable daily course usage fees, and has no time restrictions. This pass is limited to one start per day.  All Annual Pass purchases will be valid through December 31st of the programs purchase year.  Twosome pass holders must be two persons living in the same household and must possess Sun City Festival activity cards.  *See daily usage fees attached within.
 
Annual Pass rates are prorated monthly at the time of purchase and expire on December 31st.  All annual pass sales will end September 15, 2021 for the calendar year of 2021.

Reservation Policy

Tee Times can be made up to14-days in advance.

General Rules & Helpful Information
  • The Annual Pass does not provide membership, ownership, or control of the club in any way.
  • Annual Passes may not be sold or transferred.
  • Tee Times are required and are subject to availability.
  • Practice shall be confined to the dedicated practice areas.
  • Food & beverage on course premises must be purchased from Copper Canyon Golf Club.
  • Players must check-in with the golf shop prior to play.
  • All play will begin on hole #1 and run consecutively, unless the golf shop grants permission to begin elsewhere.
 
  • Tournament play, scheduled activities and events take precedence over regular play.
  • Players agree to only 2 carts per foursome unless otherwise granted by the golf staff. (this guideline is to protect our turf from unnecessary traffic, moderate pace of play, and preserve carts) 
  • Players are responsible for any damages to his/her person or property and that of his/her family and guests and holds harmless Copper Canyon Golf Club, its owners and employees for any claim, liability or demand of any kind.
  • 14- day advance booking period.
  • All annual passes will be sold through the Golf Shop. The annual pass may be prorated from the date of purchase through December 31st.
  • Payment may be in the form of cash, credit card or check. Make checks payable to Copper Canyon Golf Club.
  • The pass holders participating in the program will be registered in the Golf Shop and will be provided an identification card that must be presented at the time of check in. All pass holders must check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the facility.
  • All other club policies and regulations apply.
  • Annual Passes are nonrefundable, non-equity and nontransferable.
  • Routine course maintenance will be scheduled periodically throughout the year that will result in temporary closures. Inquire with a member of the golf professional staff regarding closure times for practices such as Aerification and Overseeding.   
  • The annual pass programs may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of management at any time.
  • Copper Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to offer discounted rates and golf specials throughout the year. Annual Pass fees collected will not be refunded at any time throughout the year due to daily fee specials or other short-term discounted rate offers.
  • All Annual Pass holders will be required to sign a document acknowledging the information listed above.

Flex Packs


2021 Winter Flex Pack                                                      *Resident

35 rounds of golf: 18 holes - each round includes full use of practice facility and the use of your personal cart or our Club golf cart.  Winter Flex Pack rounds are valid November 2020 through April 11, 2021.  Winter Flex Pack rounds are interchangeable by any member of the same household living in Sun City Festival.  This program is only available to Sun City Festival residents.
