Advanced Reservation Policy

To book tee times by phone  or online, contact us at (928) 588-1200 or click the appropriate link below. (Only available after 8:00am – 7 days in advance)

Equitable Tee Time Management System (ETTM)

Sun City Festival Residents and Indigo Passholders may submit tee time requests through the ETTM system.  These requests can be submitted during a window from 7:00am 14 days in advance to 5:00pm 8 days in advance.  Tee times will be distributed at 7:00am 7 days in advance.  The system features a weighted points chart that will consider a two-week play period, giving priority to requests with players who have played less during that time.  To obtain access to the ETTM system, please see a member of the golf shop staff for assistance setting up an account.
